Circles and Shadows Dance Company is based in County Durham, England.

The Company is currently exploring the ways that different dance techniques combined with aerial arts can be used to develop choreography, expression and movement.

The use of phenomenological perspectives are fundamental to the creation of our current works in progress - Ebb and Flow and Liberation and Light

Aerial dance within the liminal zone where the silks/rope and floor meet, the connection of the spacial pathways of the floor and the aerial pathways, combined with strong aerial technique are areas that we are continuing to develop.
